Casa Ami is a very nicely decorated house in the Benimussa area on the West side of the island, close to San Jose. Within easy reach of many beautiful beaches on the West coast. Benimussa is also seen as the greenest area of the island and there are relatively just a few houses, in other words it is very quiet there. No nuisance from traffic, but by car you are still within 3 minutes on the central main road that brings you to all beaches, nightlife and Ibiza town. San Antonio is only a 10 minute drive away. The beautiful beaches of Cala Bassa and Cala Compte are a 15 – 20 minute drive and in about 20 minutes you are in Ibiza town.
There are several chill areas around the pool where the sun or shade can be enjoyed all day long with 8 luxury sun beds. In addition, there is a small gym and for the children a true play paradise with trampoline, swing, table tennis and a fantastic wooden treehouse. In the beautifully landscaped garden there are various fruit trees including orange, lemon and plum- trees.
The living room has a Balinese coffee table, a nice relaxing armchair, a few Moroccan poufs of different sizes, a decorative bookcase with various books iand a luxurious dining table. There is a modern music system with speakers for inside and on the terrace / porch. The decor is what we call a true Ibiza Finca style. The kitchen is also built in Ibicenco style and is equipped with all necessary equipment.
The main house has 2 large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is at the rear of the house. In this bedroom you have a beautiful view of the swimming pool. In this room there is also a spacious wardrobe, a dresser and decoration for extra atmosphere to emphasize the “home feeling” even more. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the house with a little private terras. The bedroom has two single beds that can be used as a double bed.
Then there are also 2 fully independent guesthouses. These guesthouses are in a different location than the main house, which creates extra privacy. Both guesthouses have a bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200 cm, a children’s room, and Ibicenco style bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The guesthouses are connected to each other by a door which makes it ideal for families with children. A total of 6 people can sleep here, 4 adults and 2 children (bunk beds).
