Sa Figuera Borda is some sort of cave or hole at a rock that connects two bays. So impressive and beautiful!!! I have to share it with you. When you are on top of the cliff you can see Es Vedra at distance.

Through stairs made of stone on the side of the cliff ( walk to the edge of the cliff or you won’t see them ) you can walk down to the platform of the cave, Don’t worry the stairs are safe and with protection. The way down on the stairs is already impressive and beautiful. Once you are down you will find the fisherman’s cabins which are still in use and painted in a artistic Ibiza way. 

The fisherman’s cabins are some sort of platform of the cave to get from one side to the other. We where here at daytime but I can imagine it’s beautiful to enjoy the sunset from here…just an idea 🙂

It’s easy to get here by car. It’s close to Cala Compte. Turn left right before Cala Compte so you enter the big parking place. Than drive straight on until you see a villa on your right handside, and follow the road at the left side of the villa. A little bit further you will see a small electricity building, you can park the car there, or when you have 4×4 you can drive up to the cliff and park there.

Than walk towards the south till the edge of the cliff and you will find the stairs. Walk down the stairs and watch the surprise of a beautiful view.
