This villa dates back to the early ’70’s and is renovated completely in 2017. It’s a authentic 6 persons finca at national parc Benimussa. Nearby you will find the beaches of Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida and Cala Compte.
The house breaths serene tranquility, it gives a lot of comfort, and it does have a cheerful garden with different terraces and corners. It’s a happy and colorful family finca just like the atmosphere at the island! There are two covered terraces and a terrace at the swimming pool. The round pool has a diameter of 5 meters and is 1.20 meters deep. Good to fresh yourself up and very suitable for children to play in. On the bamboo wooden terrace around the pool are sunbeds and umbrella’s.
The finca is made up of two floors. On the ground floor you find the entrance at the front of the house, and the living room with a cozy sitting area and a ( extendable )dining table. Next to the living room there’s a open kitchen with a dishwasher and a pantry with a washing machine and clothes dryer. Next to this area there is a separate toilet. There’s a bedroom on this floor as well, with a double bed and bathroom en suite, with a shower, a sink and a toilet.
On the first floor are two bedrooms ( both with 2 single beds ) and a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a double sink. Both rooms adjoin an extra area for a babybed or extra bed.
The finca is featured with airconditioning at all bedrooms, wifi, satellite tv and a JBL box, a BBQ and a parking.
For children and babies there are baby beds, a baby chair, junior chairs and a small table with chairs specially made for children.
It’s a perfect location to enjoy with family, or for couples, when you want to get away and enjoy some rest with everything that Ibiza has to offer nearby.
