Casa Luisa is a wonderful, privately situated property, an ideal base for spending time outdoors and for families with children. Casa Luisa has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family and/or friends. The villa is situated along a private road without traffic passing by. The property is surrounded by nature and is less than 10 minutes’ drive from the villages of San Juan and San Lorenzo. Santa Eularia and Santa Gertrudis are a 15-minute drive from the house. Benirras, the nearest beach is 5.5 kilometers away, and Ibiza Town is only half an hour away.
Casa Luisa is situated on a huge plot of land, making it a wonderful place for children to play. There is a play house with swings and a slide by the pool, as well as six sun beds. The swimming pool (30 m2) is partially surrounded by artificial grass, and the pool can be fenced off upon request. There is a covered terrace with a dining table for six people adjacent to the villa. Both the swimming pool and play area can be clearly seen from the terrace. The covered outdoor kitchen, with a spacious BBQ area and sink, is nearby.
The living room has a robust dining table with six chairs, a large comfortable sofa and a fireplace. The sliding doors provide direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is equipped with all modern conveniences.
The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the same floor. Two bedrooms are equipped with twin beds. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bath, and its own private terrace with seating. The two other bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. All beds have box spring mattresses. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms, as well as the living room.
The property has a south-facing garden.
